hazardous, and conflicting information.

Numerical code predicting the diameter
of the wetted spot produced by an impacting drop during its spreading and
receding. In this code the equations of the rim motion derived in
Roisman I V, Rioboo R and Tropea C (2002) Normal impact of a liquid drop on a dry surface: model for
spreading and receding. Proc. Royal.
Soc. London A 458, 1411-1430
are solved numerically.
The output file contains two
columns: dimensionless time and dimensionless diameter of the contact line.
The drop initial diameter and impact velocity are used as a length and
velocity scales.
The theory describes well our
drop impacts. We are not responsible if your experimental data do not agree
with these predictions. Try to repeat your experiments more carefully J
